Kalcevic, Victor, age 85, of Farragut, TN, formerly of Denver, CO, Anvil Points, CO, and Midland, MI, passed away Wednesday evening, December 15, 2004 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Victor retired in 1994 from International Technology, formerly a division of Dow Chemical Company, as a chemical engineer. He was awarded numerous patents in chemical and process engineering. Victor was a veteran of World War II serving as a Lt. in the US Navy. Victor was an avid card player, fisherman and loved to crochet for others. He was an active leader in Scouting. He was a dedicated and loving caregiver for his wife from the onset of her dementia.

 

 

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Anna and his sisters Anna and Clara. He is survived by Marjorie, his wife of 57 years, his children Dan with wife Hildegard, Tim with wife Sue, Debb and Chris, his grandchildren Jennifer and Helen, his sister Frances Cutright with husband Ed as well as numerous further family, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel followed by Christian Wake Service at 5 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Neumann Catholic Church with Father John Dowling officiating. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made in his name to the Alzheimers Association, East Tennessee Chapter, 2200 Sutherland Avenue, Suite H-102, Knoxville, TN 37919 or to the Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Globeville, P.O.
